A great advertising man once said, creative ideas flourish best in a shop which preserves some spirit of fun. Nobody is in business for fun, but that doesn’t mean there cannot be fun in business. At Grace Maddison we work with a similar mindset. What’s the point of doing something if you can’t have fun while doing it?
At some level, we’re all psychologically unemployable and we’re in this crazy business because we all have something special to share with the world in the guise of our creativity and intellectual gifts. And deep down we know we have a responsibility to manifest our creative talents in an agency environment.
